“I am just back from my three week visit to England to see my family, especially my Mum, Rose. It was lovely spending time with her, chatting and sharing her days. Now that I am home, I realise how very happy and comfortable my Mum is at The Hermitage. She has many friends among the staff and residents.
During my daily visits, it was obvious that your staff not only take excellent care of her, but they also care about her. They were always attentive to her needs, always cheerful and smiling.
